Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jorma Korva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eri Keepperi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jorma Korva! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Eri Keepperi! The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Albert Achterberg and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Keepperi slaps away a takedown attempt from Korva, before circling back to the center of the mat. Korva gets the takedown into side control. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Korva landing a few strikes. Korva tries to move into full mount but can't pass Keepperi's legs. Korva cracks Keepperi with a big right hand but Keepperi just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Korva working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
Korva landing with strikes to the head and body from side control. Keepperi really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Korva. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Korva lands an elbow. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Keepperi being controlled for a moment. Korva trying to control the position but Keepperi is working away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Korva prevents Keepperi from escaping the position. Korva has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Korva lands a few punches from side control. Korva advances to full mount. Korva raining down hammerfists from mount. Korva breaks from Keepperi's wrist control and lands an elbow. Korva lands a big shot there that rocks Keepperi but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Keepperi really wants to buck Korva off and get back to his feet. Korva scoring with strikes but Keepperi is staying in there.
That's two minutes gone in the round. This has been an exciting period of action! Korva controlling from the full mount. Keepperi is bucking up trying to escape but Korva cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Keepperi is rocked! Korva trying to control but Keepperi is having none of it. Keepperi's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up. Korva trying to control but he's not successful this time. Korva lands with some strikes. Korva landing strikes from the mount and Keepperi is in trouble!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Korva lands a big shot there that rocks Keepperi but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Keepperi is still in real trouble! Can Korva finish him? Korva lands a heavy elbow. Korva landing strikes, looking to finish! Korva landing punches. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Korva cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Korva looking to control and managing it successfully. This has been an exciting period of action! Keepperi takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Korva lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Keepperi seems to have recovered his senses. Korva with good strikes from the mount here! Korva lands a big elbow - Keepperi is in trouble! More strikes from the mount and Keepperi is forced to tap out!
