Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rex Kaizer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ivan Zhukov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zhukov has chosen Russian Army Choir - National Anthem of the Russian Federation as his entrance music. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 19 - 7 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ivan Zhukov!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Alan Glass and Chris Downing.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kaizer throws a right and a left that Zhukov avoids nicely.
Kaizer misses with a kick to the body.
Zhukov moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Zhukov scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Kaizer misses with a combination
and Zhukov counters with a body kick that stops Kaizer in his tracks momentarily.
Zhukov connects with a looping right hand.

It looks like Rex Kaizer has been cut.
Kaizer throws a right and a left that Zhukov avoids nicely.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Zhukov.
Kaizer pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Kaizer is breathing heavily.
Zhukov fakes the leg kick and cracks Kaizer in the body.
Zhukov moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Zhukov lands with a nice combination. Kaizer backs away looking to recover.
Rex Kaizer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Zhukov fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Kaizer has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Kaizer doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
BOOM! Zhukov lands a beautiful left hook that drops Kaizer. Kaizer tries to recover but Zhukov is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Kaizer lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:51 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ivan Zhukov! Ivan Zhukov retains his super heavyweight title!
