The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pisa pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Pisa does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Pisa misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Andersson throws a right and a left that Pisa avoids nicely.
Pisa uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Andersson.

Andersson throws a low kick, looking for Pisa's leg but Pisa calmly moves out of range.
Pisa takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Pisa throws a head kick but Andersson moves out of range.
Andersson tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Pisa manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

and Andersson counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Andersson.

and Pisa counters with a head kick. That will keep Andersson thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!

Pisa fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Andersson.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Andersson uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Pisa has time to react.

That was a close round but I would say that Frank Andersson will probably get the nod.

Pisa leaves his chin hanging out and Andersson seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Pisa crumbles to the floor in a heap! The referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
