Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kaito Saruwatari (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sanex Lewis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Saruwatari's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, PRIDE FC - Opening Theme. Lewis has chosen Snoop DoGG as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. The key to victory for Kaito Saruwatari has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

9 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Sanex Lewis!
The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Patrick Alders and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice takedown defense from Saruwatari. No joy for Lewis on that attempt.
Lewis misses with a lunging right hand
and Saruwatari counters with a slapping leg kick.
Saruwatari is looking to land body kicks.
Saruwatari throws a sloppy head kick and Lewis moves out of range easily.
Saruwatari throws a nice outside leg kick.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Lewis changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Saruwatari tries to avoid it but Lewis manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Saruwatari to the ground. Saruwatari escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Kaito Saruwatari has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sanex Lewis.
Lewis looks winded!
Saruwatari cracks Lewis with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Lewis is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Lewis wants to clinch.
Saruwatari moves out of range of the leg kick from Lewis.
Saruwatari throws a nice outside leg kick.
Saruwatari clinches up against the cage.

Saruwatari breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Saruwatari lands a head shot.
Lewis drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Saruwatari bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Lewis's guard.
Saruwatari gets to his feet - Lewis follows without any prompting.
Lewis shoots in but no luck this time.
Both fighters circling a little - Saruwatari finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Lewis on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Saruwatari. Saruwatari obviously looking to wear him down.
Saruwatari is looking to slow Lewis down with leg kicks.
Saruwatari lands a jab to the nose.

Saruwatari ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Saruwatari fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Lewis.
Saruwatari clinches up with Lewis and pushes him back against the cage.

Saruwatari lands a left hand.
Saruwatari escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Saruwatari plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Saruwatari scores with a kick to the body.
Saruwatari connects with a leg kick. Lewis looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Lewis shoots in and drives through. Saruwatari sprawls well.
Lewis's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
Lewis takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
It looks like Sanex Lewis has been cut.
Nice uppercut there from Saruwatari.
That kick from Saruwatari tenderised Lewis's leg. Lewis is trying to keep his angry face on.
Saruwatari keeps the fight on the outside.
Saruwatari clinches.
Saruwatari lands with a left to the head.
Saruwatari breaks from the clinch.
Lewis with a poor takedown
enabling Saruwatari to counter with a crisp jab.
Saruwatari throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Saruwatari! Lewis is out on his feet! Saruwatari rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Lewis is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Lewis is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kaito Saruwatari!
After winning the bout, Kaito Saruwatari thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
