Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mickey Magee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Diablo Chang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Mickey Magee! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Diablo Chang! The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Summer Carpenter and Winston Howard.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Magee will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Magee drives through and clinches with Chang against the ropes.
Chang tries to break free but Magee pushes him back against the ropes. Chang misses with a punch to the body.
Chang breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Magee drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Chang keeping full guard, as Magee tries to pass. Magee throws a big right hand that misses. Magee is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Chang is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Chang has escaped and now he's on top! Magee is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Chang wanted to stand there but Magee had control of the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Magee is looking to sweep but instead, Chang has passed into half guard.
Magee is looking for a sweep. Chang is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Magee is trying to stand up here but Chang is controlling him well. Chang stands up out of the half guard. An inside leg kick lands from Magee. Magee lands a nice hook to Chang's body. Chang takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. An inside leg kick from Magee misses. Magee scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Mickey Magee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Magee catches Chang with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Magee throws a low kick but Chang avoids it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Chang checks a leg kick. Magee tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Magee misses with a leg kick. Magee rushes Chang and presses him up against the ropes. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Magee fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Still in the clinch, Magee scores with a nice short uppercut. Chang manages to break the clinch.
Magee tries to work over Chang's front leg with a kick but Chang checks it. Magee tries to close the distance and clinch up but Chang swats him away and circles back towards the center. Magee throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Chang counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Magee finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Magee throws a leg kick and Chang counters with a nice right hand that sends Magee toppling to the canvas! Magee scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Chang finish him?!
Magee is rocked! Chang tries to move into range but Magee moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Oh Magee is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Magee gets a clinch. Magee seems to have got his legs back now.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Chang wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Magee has him pressed against the ropes. A short uppercut from Chang. Magee scores with a nice hook to the head. Chang breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Chang blocks a head kick by Magee.
Magee throws a low kick but Chang avoids it. Magee throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean. Magee shoots in but Chang avoids the takedown attempt easily. Chang throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Magee lands with an overhand left. Chang circles away from the clinch attempt.
Chang throws a one two combo.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Chang throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Magee counters with a nice uppercut.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Chang pushes Magee away with a front kick. Magee fails in his attempt to clinch. Chang ducks under a wild hook from Magee. Magee throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean. A bone on bone clash there as Chang blocks the leg kick.
Magee fails with the takedown. A low kick from Magee misses and Chang counters with a right, left combo that wobbles Magee badly! Chang follows up with a massive right hook, straight to the bridge of the nose that knocks Magee out cold! Oh wow, what a finish! Very reminiscent of Koscheck vs Yoshida as Chang finished him against the ropes.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Diablo Chang!
