Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Thorin Odinson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and WIlliam Bob (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Odinson comes into the arena with I will not bow (Breaking Benjamine) blaring out of the sound system. Bob is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by I got my game on. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the super heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
13 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Thorin Odinson! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
12 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, WIlliam Bob! The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Dillan Fox and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bob throws a lazy right hand but Odinson sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Odinson uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Bob. Bob gets caught flat footed, as Odinson shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Odinson wants to stand but Bob has a closed guard, so he can't escape. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Odinson avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Odinson wants to stand but Bob is controlling his posture from full guard. Bob working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Odinson doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Odinson manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. It's got to the stage where if one of these guys blows hard enough, the other might fall over. Bob throws a right and a left that Odinson avoids nicely. Odinson wants to clinch. Bob on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
