Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dwyane Griffin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yass McDonald (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Griffin comes into the arena with Tech N9ne - Am I A Psycho? (Feat. B.o.B. and Hopsin) blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Griffin wants to clinch up but McDonald keeps it at a distance.
Griffin moves in looking to clinch but McDonald pushes him off.
McDonald tries to close the distance and clinch but Griffin swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Griffin really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Griffin doesn't manage to clinch there - McDonald circles away.
McDonald scores with a takedown into Griffin's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Griffin being controlled here, momentarily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
McDonald throwing strikes but missing.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Griffin can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as McDonald controls the pace.
Let's hope that McDonald has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
McDonald drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says McDonald as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Griffin screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with McDonald! Nice submission victory there!
