Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Leather Slammer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Billy Bob (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bob comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Notkea rotta - Itä meidän kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
10 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Leather Slammer! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 14 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Billy Bob! The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Johanna Lukiainen and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bob misses with a wild combination.

Slammer closes this distance looking for a takedown but Bob circles away. Bob goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Bob tries to land a leg kick but Slammer saw it coming and moves away.

Bob throws a series of punches but Slammer moves out of range. Slammer misses with a looping left. Bob fails to land with a series of punches.
Bob moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Slammer fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Bob to the ground. Slammer is now in Bob's guard. Slammer trying to control the position from guard on top but Bob is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's one minute gone in the round. Slammer slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Slammer wants to lay and pray for a moment but Bob keeps working. Slammer wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Bob, who protects the arm well. Slammer is trying to get an arm triangle but Bob is defending well. Bob is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Slammer working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Slammer tries for a kimura but Bob is defending well. Slammer goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Bob rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Slammer's guard! Nice work there by Bob! Slammer has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Bob can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Bob wants to pass the guard but Slammer is keeping the position. Slammer working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Bob.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Slammer throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Bob accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Bob postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Bob distracts Slammer with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Bob working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Bob with a nice head shot there. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Slammer working a defensive guard here.

Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! There's a bit of a scramble here and now Slammer is on top in guard.

Slammer trying to control the position from guard on top but Bob is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Bob is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Slammer defends well. Slammer thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Slammer wants to control from the top but Bob keeps moving. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Billy Bob will probably get the nod. That's time! Slammer's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Slammer is defended easily by Bob. Slammer fails with a takedown attempt. Bob misses with a series of wild punches.

Leather Slammer is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Slammer takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Bob misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Bob defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Slammer. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Leather Slammer. That's going to take a lot out of him. Slammer looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Bob is fending him off so far but Slammer persists. Nope, Bob circles away and we're back to standing. Sloppy strikes from Bob. Those never looked like landing.
That's one minute gone in the round. A punch combination from Bob misses. Billy Bob seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Bob cracks Slammer with a right hand to the side of the head. Slammer shoots in for a takedown but Bob shows good takedown defense. Bob lands a jab to Slammer's midsection. Bob throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Slammer stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Bob wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Bob lands a really nice looking cross but Slammer seems unphased.
Slammer is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Bob. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Bob lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Bob drives through with a takedown into Slammer's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bob content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Bob lands a couple of decent looking shots. Slammer looking for a guillotine here but Bob defends easily.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Bob is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Slammer doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Bob. Bob landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Bob is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Slammer is just riding it out for now. Bob eventually gives up the hold. Bob not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Bob is keen to just control but Slammer is a slippery customer. Slammer taking some punishment here, with Bob in his half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Slammer moves into full guard.
Bob keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Slammer's head. Slammer lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Bob! Bob tries to buck Slammer off but he can't manage it. Bob is in all sorts of trouble here.

Slammer wants to control the pace but Bob is squirming around nicely. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Bob tries to get back to half guard but can't. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Slammer with some aggressive grappling here, looking for the finish.
Slammer takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Slammer lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Billy Bob showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Leather Slammer has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Billy Bob is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Slammer trying to control but he's not successful this time. Slammer looking to ground and pound but Bob is blocking nicely. Bob tries to get back to half guard but can't.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bob tries to hold on but Slammer postures up. Bob is flailing around like a fish out of water, trying to land strikes. Slammer sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Slammer looking to control but Bob is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Bob manages to regain half guard. Good work. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Bob is staying active underneath Slammer, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Slammer working over Bob with some ground and pound. Bob looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Slammer not landing any meaningful shots this time.
And that's the end of the fight! Leather Slammer showed his dominance in that final round. I think Bob has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
