Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mink Furer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kitsune Tsuki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Furer comes to the cage accompanied by Peoples champ. Kitsune Tsuki has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 10 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Mink Furer!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 17 - 1, fighting out of St Petersburg, Kitsune Tsuki!
The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Aleksandr Martynov and Dmitry Maklakov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Furer avoids a punch combination nicely.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Tsuki!

Tsuki forces Furer back against the cage and clinches.
Furer is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Tsuki.


It looks like Mink Furer has been cut.

Tsuki has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Furer clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Furer has the hand control, trying to stop the rear naked choke.

Tsuki is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Furer knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Furer for a finish.

Tsuki seems to be going for a rear naked choke. He has an arm under Furer's chin but Furer turns very nicely into Tsuki's guard. Good BJJ skills being displayed there by Furer.

Tsuki is looking for a triangle but Furer pushes his legs off easily.

Tsuki has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Furer can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Furer really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Furer postures up in Tsuki's guard and throws a big left but Tsuki blocks it.

Furer loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Furer working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Tsuki's head.
Furer wants to control from the top but Tsuki keeps moving.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Furer will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Furer throws a big elbow that misses.
Tsuki is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Furer is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Tsuki pushes a forearm under Furer's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Furer is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Kitsune Tsuki!
