Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Joe Ball (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lance Hong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ball's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Hammer Smashed Face. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
17 - 11 - 0, fighting out of London, Joe Ball! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Lance Hong! The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Steven Brown and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A good leg kick by Hong. Some wild striking there from Hong.
Hong throws a head kick that misses. Hong moves in looking to clinch but Ball pushes him off. Ball lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Ball looks to throw the jab but Hong is out of range. Hong misses with a two punch combination.
Joe Ball seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Ball is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Ball lands a jab.
It looks like Lance Hong has been cut. Hong throws a sloppy head kick and Ball moves out of range easily. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Hong moves forwards but Ball connects with a nice, crisp jab. Hong misses with an attempted mid kick.
Hong has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Ball closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Hong's guard. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Ball preventing the sweep. Hong can't keep his opponent in guard - Ball advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hong blocking the ground and pound attempt from Ball. Ball trying to mount his opponent but Hong defends it. Ball passes to side control. Hong is trying to control Ball's posture but Ball avoids it. Ball throws an elbow but Hong slips to the side and avoids it well. Ball cracks Hong with a big elbow. Ball swings around for an armbar but Hong sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Ball's guard. Hong throws a big right hand that misses. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Hong stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Ball swivels though and keeps the full guard. Ball is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Hong is aware though and is defending well.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hong won't allow Ball to sweep him here. Hong controlling from the top position. Ball has his foot on Hong's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Hong works his way back into a safe position though. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Ball has a closed guard, preventing Hong from standing up. Hong is looking to work some ground and pound but Ball has wrist control. Hong stopping the sweep attempt from Ball. Hong in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Ball seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. Hong controlling from the top position.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Lance Hong hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Ball misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Hong.
Hong throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Ball doesn't manage to clinch there - Hong circles away.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Hong takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Ball stalks Hong and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Hong's face. Hong staggers backwards, shaken. No luck with that takedown attempt from Ball. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Hong throws a right and a left that both miss. Ball misses with an attempted mid kick.
Lance Hong is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Hong throws a head kick but Ball moves out of range.
Hong lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Ball circles away quickly and effectively.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ball shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Hong as he jumps to the side. Ball scores with a punch to the head.
That has opened up Lance Hong's cut even more. Ball waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Hong. Hong is looking to clinch but Ball is avoiding it.
Ball throws a body punch but Hong moves out of range. Ball throws a shot from downtown. Hong moves away and avoids it. Hong tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Hong throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Ball sees it coming and avoids it easily. Ball throws a jab when Hong was well out of range. Ball swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Hong tries to clinch there but Ball circles away.
The fight stays on the outside here - Hong looks like he's thinking about clinching though. A punch combination from Ball misses. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Joe Ball dominated that round. The cut man is working on Lance Hong's cut. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!

Joe Ball overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hong avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Ball. Ball seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Hong does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Ball is really struggling to control Hong but he's trying to hold on to the position. Hong is trying to get back to full guard. Ball trying to pass the guard but Hong defending well. Ball works his way into full mount! Ball lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Hong is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Hong is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. This has been an exciting period of action! Ball lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
The cut above Lance Hong's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Lance Hong's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:24 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Joe Ball!
