The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Amazon lands a slapping body shot.
Rei looks for the body kick but Amazon saw that one coming.
Rei connects with a leg kick. Amazon looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Amazon misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Rei.
Amazon loads up on a big right hand but Rei slips the punch.
Rei lands a jab to Amazon's midsection.
Rei dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
A jab from Amazon finds it's way through Rei's defenses.

It looks like Budo Rei has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Rei throws a push kick but Amazon slaps the foot to one side.
Rei misses the shot to the body.
Amazon misses with a low kick.
Rei moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Amazon throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Amazon takes one to the chin there.

It looks like Oscar Amazon has been cut.
Rei keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
The crowd cheers as Rei lands an impressive looking overhand right. Amazon doesn't seem phased though.
Nice uppercut there from Amazon.
Rei looks to land a left hand but Amazon moved out of range nicely.

Rei feints and then cracks Amazon's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Amazon down.
Rei looks to land a body kick but Amazon moved away.
A shot to the liver by Rei. Beautiful body shot.
Rei misses with a body kick.
Rei uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Amazon.
Rei tries a head kick but it misses.
Amazon steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Rei. That one must have hurt.
Rei scores with a head kick.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Amazon throws a chopping leg kick but Rei manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Rei thuds a left hand into Amazon's body.
Rei chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Amazon is breathing heavily.
Rei thows a body shot but no joy.
Rei fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Amazon looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Rei misses with a low kick.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Rei. Amazon shrugs it off though.
Rei lands with a hook. Amazon tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

Rei digs a good hook to Amazon's body.
Rei is looking to slow Amazon down with leg kicks.
Rei misses with a few strikes there.
Rei cracks the inside of Amazon's front leg.
Amazon on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Rei. Rei obviously looking to wear him down.
Rei throws a right and a left that Amazon avoids nicely.
Amazon looks to score with a jab to the body but Rei is just out of range.
Rei pivots, looking for a leg kick but Amazon is out of range and Rei settles back down.
Rei throws a head kick that Amazon semi-blocks.
Rei lands a slapping body shot.
Budo Rei seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rei drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Amazon right on the button. Amazon goes down! Rei follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Rei gets the win via TKO!
