The crowd seem to be enjoying Lapointe's choice of entrance music: Clint Eastwood. Alik Tseiko has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Richard Clark and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tseiko tries to clinch up but Lapointe circles away and keeps his distance.
Lapointe throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Lapointe closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Tseiko goes for a takedown in the clinch but Lapointe prevents it.
Lapointe successfully pulls guard.
Tseiko trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Tseiko stands and throws Lapointe's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Tseiko is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Lapointe looks calm but he's in trouble here. Tseiko gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Lapointe is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Tseiko lets go of the hold and Lapointe can pop his arm back in it's socket.
