Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between EL GUAPO (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and DAN SIMOES (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, for the bantamweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, EL GUAPO! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, DAN SIMOES! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Gwen Towbar and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! SIMOES takes a shot right to the bread basket. SIMOES has a takedown stuffed. GUAPO decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. SIMOES is looking to improve his position.
GUAPO sitting and controlling from the half guard. SIMOES is trying to get back to full guard. GUAPO tries to pass to full mount but SIMOES defends it. SIMOES is trying to stand back up but GUAPO is controlling him
That's one minute gone in the round. SIMOES is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground. SIMOES shoots and misses and GUAPO counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. SIMOES is lucky that one didn't land flush. SIMOES shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and GUAPO counters with a left and a right that stings SIMOES. EL GUAPO has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of DAN SIMOES. SIMOES looks gassed! GUAPO avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
SIMOES clinches but GUAPO breaks the clinch and GUAPO counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by GUAPO. GUAPO is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. GUAPO chips away with some ground and pound.
That's two minutes gone in the round. GUAPO trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. SIMOES throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
GUAPO stands up from SIMOES's guard - GUAPO perhaps looking for a knockout. GUAPO shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in SIMOES's guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. GUAPO slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. SIMOES tries to bench press GUAPO off him but GUAPO keeps the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. GUAPO slows the pace down. SIMOES is looking to regain half guard here but GUAPO keeps moving and retains side control. A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet. GUAPO decides to stand back up. GUAPO clinches up against the cage. GUAPO really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. GUAPO is trying to break the clinch but SIMOES has him pressed against the cage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. GUAPO tries for a takedown. No joy.

GUAPO looking for a guillotine here but SIMOES defends easily.
GUAPO utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. SIMOES looking to pass the guard. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. SIMOES throwing strikes but missing. GUAPO seems keen to control SIMOES's posture. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
EL GUAPO dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
SIMOES gets caught flat footed, as GUAPO shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. SIMOES wants to hit a switch here but GUAPO passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for SIMOES there! SIMOES is trying desperately to improve position. GUAPO sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. GUAPO is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but SIMOES is surviving well by controlling GUAPO's body position as best he can.
That's one minute gone in the round. SIMOES is looking to get to half guard. GUAPO lands a heavy elbow. GUAPO moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, SIMOES has worked his arm free - good work by SIMOES!
SIMOES wants to improve his position, back to half guard but GUAPO has ideas of his own. He's got hold of SIMOES's far side arm and it looks like he's got an Americana. Ohh! Ohhhh! OOOOOOOOOH! A human being's arm is not meant to bend like that! SIMOES is tapping like a morse code operator on the Titanic! SOS SOS! He's out of here! Great win for GUAPO!
