Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rutger Crax (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Helge Fossmo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fossmo has chosen Helge Fossmo predikar as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Josh West and Ryoma Takatsuka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fossmo changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Crax tries to avoid it but Fossmo manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Crax to the ground. Crax escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Fossmo staying out of range there.

Fossmo looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Crax is fending him off so far but Fossmo persists. Nope, Crax circles away and we're back to standing.
Fossmo on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Fossmo tries to close the distance and clinch up but Crax swats him away and circles back towards the center.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Fossmo.
Rutger Crax has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Helge Fossmo.

Crax keeps Fossmo at a distance using the push kick.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Crax feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Fossmos jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Fossmo chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Crax can pounce on him.
Helge Fossmo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Crax.

Rutger Crax decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
