Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Viggo Draer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ari Tetheran (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Tetheran closes the distance and clinches.

Tetheran has clasped his hands together around Draer's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Draer gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Draer gets back to full guard.
Tetheran postures up in Draer's guard and throws a big left but Draer blocks it.
Tetheran would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Draer is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Draer is trying to control. Tetheran wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

Tetheran is not content to let Draer control the position.

Draer looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Draer wants to take a breather but Tetheran is having none of it.
Tetheran looks like he's trying to stand up.

Draer is trying for a kimura here. Tetheran looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Draer wins by kimura!
