The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

King dives in and scores a takedown into Balboa's guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
King stops Balboa from standing up.
King lands a couple of elbows.
King connects with a couple of short punches.
King seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
King working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.

King is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
King has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
King pushing down on Balboa's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
King is figuring out what he wants to do next.
King winds up and cracks Balboa with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

King lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Balboa is trying to stand up here but King is controlling him well.
Balboa is trying to defend against the ground and pound but King scores with a couple of nice shots.
King is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.

King seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Balboa is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
