Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ash Thomas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dane Cook (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Cook's choice of entrance music: Lifeless by 12 Stones. Ash Thomas could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Dane Cook's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

13 - 5 - 2, fighting out of Montreal, Dane Cook!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Elvis Blanc and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cook lands a jab to the head.
Thomas with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Dane Cook seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Thomas lands with an uppercut that bounces Cook off the cage and back into range.
Thomas tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Cook paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Thomas connects with a solid leg kick.
Thomas misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Thomas throws a push kick but Cook slaps the foot to one side.
A punch lands to the side of Cook 's head but he takes it in his stride.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Cook keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Good exchange - Cook coming out on top.
Thomas fails in his attempt to clinch.
Cook uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Thomas.
Thomas is looking to clinch but Cook is avoiding it.
Thomas takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
and Thomas counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Cook! He's just covering up as Thomas starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:51 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ash Thomas!
Ash Thomas bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
