The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, David Schapiro and Eddie Farnsworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Martin uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Crockett.
A looping hook to the body misses from Crockett. Martin does a little dance to reset his feet.
Davy Crockett seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Crockett looks to land a combination but Martin avoids it well.

Martin looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Crockett with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Martin got a little sloppy there for a moment and Crockett has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Martin has managed to get both his arms back between Crockett's legs - danger averted.

Martin lands a heavy shot. That's hurt Crockett! Martin sees the opportunity and turns up the heat - strike after strike land to the defenseless Crockett and the ref dives in to save him! This one is all over!
