Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Neely dives in and scores a takedown into Mouqinho's guard.
Neely postures up.
Neely is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Mouqinho wants to sweep here but Neely controlling him for the moment.
Mouqinho has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Neely can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Neely looking to pass the guard.
Neely wants to control from the top but Mouqinho keeps moving.
Neely connects with a couple of short punches.
Mouqinho has his foot on Neely 's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Neely works his way back into a safe position though.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Neely trying to control but Mouqinho is working from the bottom.
Mouqinho is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Mouqinho looking for a guillotine here but Neely defends easily.

Neely forces his way into half guard.

Mouqinho has a hand on Neely 's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Neely takes advantage of the position though and mounts him!
Mouqinho is breathing heavily.
Neely connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Neely lands a nice shot to the head.
It looks like Pablo Mouqinho has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Neely lands a big shot there that rocks Mouqinho but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

The referee warns Mouqinho that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

A very excited looking Mike Neely rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
