The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McCluster tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Cosby was well out of range. Poor timing from McCluster.
Cosby swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Cosby slips under a jab.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - McCluster has eaten all the pies!
McCluster will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Cosby throws a hook but McCluster blocks it.
Cosby just misses with a punch to the body.
McCluster defending well as Cosby loads up on a big left hand.
Cosby looks to land a right hand but McCluster moved out of range.
McCluster misses with a looping left.
Cosby misses the shot to the body.
A swing and a miss from McCluster.
Cosby misses with a looping left.
Cosby throws a hook but McCluster blocks it.
McCluster throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Cosby tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but McCluster was well out of range. Poor timing from Cosby.

McCluster misses the shot to the body.

McCluster throws a big shot that misses.
Cosby misses with an uppercut. McCluster saw that one coming.
That's one minute gone in the round.
McCluster shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Cosby sprawls well. Cosby wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. McCluster gets slowly back to his feet.
Cosby scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
McCluster drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
McCluster has hold of Cosby's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Cosby tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - McCluster cranks the arm and Cosby screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Cosby, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Buster McCluster!
