Powell closes the distance and pushes Rommel back into the cage.

Rommel drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Powell manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Rommel has Powell in his guard.
Rommel looking for a triangle here. Powell is fighting it but it looks tight! Rommel pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Powell is tapping out - this one is all over!
