Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Marius Matei (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Taisto Rahapussi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Rahapussi's choice of entrance music: Caged in A Rage . Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Taisto Rahapussi enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Arvi Lind and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Matei lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Rahapussi pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Rahapussi throws a body kick that misses.
Matei misses with a looping left.
Rahapussi slips under a jab from Matei.
Matei feints and then cracks Rahapussi's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Rahapussi down.
Matei checks a leg kick.
Marius Matei seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rahapussi misses with an attempted mid kick.
Rahapussi dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Rahapussi swats away the attempt to clinch by Matei.
Matei takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Matei lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Rahapussi circles away quickly and effectively.
Rahapussi ducks right into an uppercut from Matei.
Rahapussi looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Matei is fending him off so far but Rahapussi persists. Nope, Matei circles away and we're back to standing.
A head kick misses from Rahapussi.
Rahapussi throws a wild body kick that Matei sees coming a mile off.
Matei checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Matei swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Rahapussi uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Matei.
Matei swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Matei circles away from the clinch attempt.
Rahapussi checks a low kick from Matei.
Matei tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Matei on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Rahapussi avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
No joy there for Matei, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Matei scores with a hook to the body. Rahapussi takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Matei throws the kick towards the body but Rahapussi avoids it.
Rahapussi lands a body shot.
Marius Matei is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Rahapussi is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Rahapussi checks a leg kick.
Matei throws a hook but Rahapussi avoids it easily.
Rahapussi ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Rahapussi fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Matei.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Matei swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Rahapussi looks for the body kick but Matei saw that one coming.
Matei throws a hook but Rahapussi avoids it easily.
Matei moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

The fight stays on the outside here - Matei looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Horrible takedown by Rahapussi or perhaps it was just good defense by Matei which made him look bad.
Matei lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Rahapussi scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Rahapussi is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Matei is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Matei manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!
Rahapussi tries to get to full guard but Matei has control of the leg.
Matei is working for a kimura but Rahapussi is defending it quite comfortably.
Matei is thwarting Rahapussi's attempts to control the position.

Matei throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Rahapussi trying to control but Matei postures up.
Matei wants to free his trapped foot but Rahapussi is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Matei drops an elbow to the side of Rahapussi's head.
Rahapussi blocking the ground and pound attempt from Matei.
Matei not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Rahapussi makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Rahapussi.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Matei working some strikes from top position.
Rahapussi pushes a forearm under Matei's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Matei is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
