Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Gerard Esqueda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Izzy Cumming (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Esqueda comes to the cage accompanied by Cant del Barça. Cumming has chosen White America as his entrance music. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The crowd cheers as Esqueda lands an impressive looking overhand right. Cumming doesn't seem phased though.

and Esqueda decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Cumming's guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
