8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Oliver Schwalle! The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Joseph Jones and Anthony Taglia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Valentine walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
It looks like Gregg Valentine has been cut. Valentine gets tackled into the cage by Schwalle. Schwalle maintains the clinch. Valentine blocks an uppercut.
Valentine lands with a right to the head. Valentine lands a shot to the body. Schwalle blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Schwalle tries a body shot but Valentine blocks it.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Schwalle. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Schwalle misses with the head strike.

That's one minute gone in the round. Schwalle throws a head punch that misses. Valentine misses with a punch to the body.
Valentine lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Valentine lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Schwalle backwards.
Schwalle is rocked! Valentine lands a nice shot to the body. Schwalle is still on wobbly legs! Can Valentine finish him? Valentine lands a big right hand that drops Schwalle! The killer instinct kicks in and Valentine finishes his opponent with a series of strikes from mount. A dominating finish by Valentine!
