Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jon Jones!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Frank Dennis and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones with a lazy takedown attempt
and Sammy counters by clinching up.
Jones slows down the pace here.
Jones receives a warning from the referee for stalling.
Sammy can't get the takedown.
Jones tries for a takedown. No joy.
Jones drops down looking for an ankle pick but Sammy pulls his leg out and moves away.
Mike Sammy has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jon Jones.
Jones feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Jones stops Sammy from standing up.
Jones postures up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Sammy looking for a triangle here. Jones is fighting it but it looks tight! Sammy pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Jones is tapping out - this one is all over!
