Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dave Camozzi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Justin Case (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dave Camozzi! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Justin Case! The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Chris Downing and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Case gets a clinch. Camozzi has hold of one of Case's legs. Case is fighting the takedown attempt but Camozzi gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Camozzi working some strikes from top position. Case is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Camozzi controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Case is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Case can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Camozzi controls the pace. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Camozzi preventing the sweep. Camozzi wants to pass the guard but Case is keeping the position.
We're going to have a standup here because Dave Camozzi wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Case moves into the clinch. Camozzi using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Case has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Case is trying to pull guard but Camozzi has him pressed against the cage. Camozzi ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Camozzi no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Case trying to control the position from guard on top but Camozzi is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Camozzi working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Case. Camozzi pushes Case off and scrambles back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Case moves into the clinch. Camozzi slows down the pace here.
Case blocks the elbow strike.
Camozzi is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Case is defending well. Camozzi makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. Case is working for takedown but Camozzi is calmly controlling the position for now. Camozzi displaying some good clinch control by pressing Case up against the cage. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Camozzi goes for a takedown in the clinch but Case prevents it.
Case tries to circle away but Camozzi has him pinned against the cage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Case has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Camozzi jumps guard.
Camozzi manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Case misses with a two punch combination.
Camozzi moves forwards but Case connects with a nice, crisp jab. Case shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. Case misses with a body kick. Case closes the distance and clinches. Camozzi tries to land knees in the clinch but Case avoids the damage to the body. Case tries to break free but Camozzi pushes him back against the cage. Camozzi pulls guard successfully.
Case tries to free his leg and advance position but Camozzi is retaining full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Camozzi wants to stand but Case is controlling the position. Case looking to pass the guard. Camozzi is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Case is controlling him. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Case throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Case misses with a head kick.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dave Camozzi dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action!
Case misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Camozzi closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Case quickly recovers to half guard. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Camozzi prevents Case from standing back up.
Camozzi scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Camozzi perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Camozzi working over Case with some ground and pound. Case looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Camozzi working Case over with strikes. Camozzi tries to pass the half guard into mount. Case knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Case wants to control the action here but instead Camozzi manages to pass to full mount!
That's one minute gone in the round. Camozzi sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Camozzi lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Case hang on? Camozzi lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Case hang on? Camozzi has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Camozzi unloading with bombs! Camozzi loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Case scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Camozzi land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Camozzi stands and salutes the crowd.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:52 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Dave Camozzi!
