Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Brian Lynch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tj Wash (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lynch comes to the cage accompanied by Sail by AWOLNATION. Wash has chosen you dont know as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tj Wash! The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Eddie Farnsworth and Chad Campbell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lynch closes the distance looking to clinch and Wash counters with a series of strikes. Lynch will be more careful next time no doubt. Lynch darts in trying to clinch and Wash counters with a head kick that drops Lynch to the mat! Lynch scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!
Lynch is rocked! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Wash looking to score a takedown here. Lynch is defending well but Wash drives through and ends up in Lynch's guard. Oh Lynch is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Lynch might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Lynch working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Wash doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Wash manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Lynch has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Wash can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Lynch seems to have got his legs back now. Wash really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Lynch. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Wash looking to sit in guard and control but Lynch gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Wash preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Wash is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Lynch wants to pass the guard but Wash is keeping the position.

Wash slips out almost immediately though and dives into Lynch's guard. Wash trying to control but Lynch is working from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lynch had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Wash defends it easily. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Lynch trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Brian Lynch will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Wash stuns Lynch with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Wash drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Wash is looking to take a break and control but Lynch is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Lynch is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Lynch is not content to let Wash control the position. Wash tries to stand but Lynch is controlling his head.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lynch manages to get back to half guard. Wash throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Wash is working for a kimura from half guard. He's really concentrating on the hold and it's allowed Lynch to slip a leg under and get back to full guard. Lynch looking to control.
