Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, JP Cool! The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Reed Andrews and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lotto fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Miguel Lotto seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Lotto misses with a head kick.
Lotto shoots in for a takedown but Cool shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Lotto fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Miguel Lotto. That's going to take a lot out of him. Lotto shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Cool defends it nicely. Lotto tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Cool manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Lotto clinches.

We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Cool drops back, looking for a kneebar! Lotto looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Lotto looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Lotto! Cool regains half guard. Cool is staying active underneath Lotto, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Cool looking for submissions off his back. Lotto prevents Cool from improving his position. Cool regains full guard. Nicely done. Cool is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Lotto rolls with it to try and escape but Cool cranks on the arm and Lotto is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
