The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Excellent takedown into side control there by Sergeyev.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Sergeyev in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bush is looking to reverse the position.
Sergeyev wants to control but Bush is keeping him busy.
Bush tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Sergeyev wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Sergeyev slips a nice elbow through Bush's hands, connecting with Bush's forehead.
Bush is looking for a sweep. Sergeyev is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Sergeyev wants to control but Bush is keeping him busy.

Bush cracks Sergeyev with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
