Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Wrestling Spar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marcus Gronholm (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gronholm is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Eeppinen biisi. Marcus Gronholm will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Patrick Alders and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gronholm lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
It looks like Wrestling Spar has been cut.
Spar gets a double leg takedown into Gronholm's guard.
Spar passes Gronholm's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Gronholm avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Spar.
Spar is looking to advance position but Gronholm won't allow it.
Spar wants to take a breather but Gronholm is having none of it.
Gronholm is trying to stand up here but Spar is controlling him well.
Spar takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Spar working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Spar is keen to just control but Gronholm is a slippery customer.

Spar is just content to waste time from the top position. Gronholm takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.

Marcus Gronholm's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Marcus Gronholm's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

A very excited looking Wrestling Spar made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
