The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, James Glass and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Du Coudray clinches.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Du Coudray.
Adams misses with some punches.
Adams tries to throw a body punch but Du Coudray avoids it by throwing Adams back against the cage.
Du Coudray blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Du Coudray tries to land a knee to the head but Adams blocks with his arms.
Adams dodges an elbow strike from Du Coudray.
Du Coudray lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Adams being controlled against the cage.
Adams misses with a short punch on the inside.
Du Coudray pushes Adams back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
Du Coudray lands a nice elbow from the clinch.
A head punch on the inside from Adams fails to land.

Du Coudray works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Du Coudray trying to control the position but Adams is working away.

Adams parries the strikes from Du Coudray easily there. Du Coudray is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Adams to escape.
Du Coudray taking a break here but Adams is having none of it and regains half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Du Coudray working over Adams with some ground and pound. Adams looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
Du Coudray stalling.
Du Coudray has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Adams is pressing down on Du Coudray's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Du Coudray throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Adams works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Du Coudray sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Adams's guard.

Du Coudray thows a huge punch but Adams dodges it nicely.
Du Coudray is looking to advance position but Adams won't allow it.
Du Coudray in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Adams tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Du Coudray!

A very excited looking Jaques Du Coudray rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
