Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Drizzt Do Urden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Clark Griswold (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Griswold is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Holiday Road. The key to victory for Drizzt Do Urden has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 0 - 1, fighting out of New York, Drizzt Do Urden! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Clark Griswold! The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, John Kavanagh and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Do Urden cracks a nice hook into Griswold's ribs. Do Urden tries to close the distance and clinch up but Griswold swats him away and circles back towards the center. Griswold gets a takedown into half guard. Griswold not doing much here.
Do Urden is looking for a sweep. Griswold is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Griswold not doing much here.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Clark Griswold. Do Urden moves into range and connects with a jab. Griswold looking for a takedown here - he's got it. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Griswold looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Griswold drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Griswold jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Griswold with a nice head shot there. Griswold in side control lands a decent elbow. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Griswold in particular looking to stall. Griswold trying to pass the guard but Do Urden defending well. Do Urden is trying to maintain the position but Griswold is very close to passing his half guard. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Griswold lands with a punch from half guard. Griswold perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Clark Griswold dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Griswold bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Do Urden tries to buck Griswold off but Griswold is having none of it. Griswold taking a breather here. Griswold's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Do Urden taking a bit of punishment here - Griswold scoring with strikes. Griswold tries for a kimura but Do Urden is defending well. Griswold controlling the position from side mount.
That's one minute gone in the round. Do Urden is looking to regain half guard here but Griswold keeps moving and retains side control. Do Urden tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Griswold presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount! Do Urden tries to get back to half guard but can't. Griswold controlling from the full mount. Griswold scores with a couple of good head shots there.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Griswold lands a heavy elbow. Do Urden sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though. Griswold controlling the action here. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Griswold trying to mount his opponent but Do Urden defends it. Do Urden is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Griswold not doing much here.

Clark Griswold has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. Griswold closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Do Urden did well to prevent Griswold getting side control. Griswold looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Griswold connects with a nice short shot to Do Urden's temple. Griswold is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Clark Griswold has got the better of the ground game so far. Griswold prevents Do Urden from improving his position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Griswold is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Griswold stalling. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Griswold lands a nice short elbow. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Do Urden is pressing down on Griswold's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Do Urden looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Do Urden controls Griswold momentarily but Griswold frees himself. Do Urden wants to control the position but Griswold says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Clark Griswold showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! And we move into the final round!
Do Urden lands a slapping body shot.
Do Urden is looking to clinch but Griswold is avoiding it.
Do Urden misses with a low kick as Griswold jumps back. Do Urden throws a leg kick but Griswold sees it coming and checks it nicely. Do Urden tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Griswold closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Do Urden tries to get to full guard but Griswold has control of the leg. Griswold is figuring out what he wants to do next. Do Urden gets full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Griswold is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
OK we're going to have a standup here. Clark Griswold hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Griswold swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Griswold misses with a wild body shot. A decent looking cross lands there for Do Urden. Griswold closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Griswold lands in his opponent's guard. Do Urden throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Griswold escapes and throws Do Urden's legs to the side, diving into side control! Drizzt Do Urden has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Clark Griswold is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Do Urden tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Griswold wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Griswold happy to just control the position for now. Do Urden is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Griswold controlling the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Do Urden wants to control but Griswold postures up. Do Urden is letting Griswold control him for a moment. A control attempt from Do Urden but he's now mounted! Do Urden keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Griswold tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Do Urden wants to control but Griswold is having none of it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Griswold looking to control and managing it successfully. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
And that's the end of the fight! Clark Griswold comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Griswold winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
