The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lang misses with a takedown attempt
and Noblitt counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Lang's guard now.
Lang throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.
Noblitt not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
OK we're going to have a standup here. Phillip Noblitt hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Noblitt closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Noblitt stops a takedown attempt from Lang.
Noblitt has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Lang uses from the top position.
