Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dj Yetto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lee Majors (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lee Majors will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Lee Majors!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, and Frank Antenori.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Majors keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Majors is looking to chop away at Yetto's legs.
Majors gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Yetto counters with a left to the body.
Yetto closes this distance looking for a takedown but Majors circles away.
Majors throws a solid leg kick but Yetto takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Majors.
Majors shoots in but no luck this time.

and Yetto holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Dj Yetto has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lee Majors.
Majors tries to pull guard but Yetto won't allow it.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Yetto prevents Majors from getting the reversal.
Majors is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Majors is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

Yetto wants to control the pace but Majors is squirming around nicely.

Yetto tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Majors paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Majors tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Yetto just stands there and leans against the cage.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Majors just misses with a elbow thrown towards Yetto's brow.

Majors tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Yetto's elbow.

Yetto has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Majors uses from the top position.
Majors wants to stand but Yetto has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Majors is refusing to be controlled, as Yetto sits in half guard.

Yetto wants to work for an arm triangle but Majors is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Majors wants to improve his position but Yetto is controlling well.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Majors throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Yetto.
Yetto shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Majors as he avoids it easily.

and Yetto counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.

Majors tries to work over Yetto's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

Yetto connects with a nasty looking knee right to Majors's face.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Majors jumps guard but Yetto stands there with Majors around his waist. Majors gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
Majors fails to pull guard.

Majors wants to clinch but Yetto slips to the side

and Yetto counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Majors pulls Yetto in close to his closed guard and prevents Yetto from doing any damage or advancing position.
Majors keeping moving, preventing Yetto from controlling successfully.

Majors is pulling down on Yetto's head. It's preventing any offense from Yetto, at least for the moment.

Majors throws his legs up looking for a submission but Yetto uses it to pass to side control.
Majors is trying to escape the position but Yetto is controlling the position.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Majors is not content to let Yetto control the position.
Majors is trying to escape and get back to his feet.
Yetto controlling the position from side mount.
Yetto wants to lay and pray for a moment but Majors keeps working.

And that's the end of the fight!
Dj Yetto showed his dominance in that final round.
Well Yetto has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
