Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Donny Davis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aleksander Yaroslev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Davis's entrance music is Monkey Junction. A fine choice. Yaroslev has chosen War is the Answer - Five Finger Death Punch as his entrance music. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
10 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Donny Davis! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
11 - 10 - 0, fighting out of New York, Aleksander Yaroslev! The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Trevor Gratis and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A jab from Yaroslev finds it's way through Davis's defenses. Aleksander Yaroslev seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Nice uppercut there from Yaroslev.
It looks like Donny Davis has been cut. This has been an exciting period of action! Davis fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Yaroslev on the side of the head. Yaroslev connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. A lazy left from Davis finds it's target. Yaroslev shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Yaroslev showed some decent athleticism there. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Yaroslev thows a huge punch but Davis dodges it nicely.
Davis tries to roll over but Yaroslev keeps him under control. Yaroslev is thwarting Davis's attempts to control the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Yaroslev throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Davis blocking the ground and pound attempt from Yaroslev. Yaroslev is looking for a kimura but Davis is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Yaroslev to get the leverage. Yaroslev is trying to advance to mount but he's lost his balance and Davis reverses the position - he's now on top in Yaroslev's guard. Yaroslev has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Yaroslev looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
We're going to have a standup here because Donny Davis wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Davis throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Davis throws a head kick that Yaroslev semi-blocks.
BOOM! Yaroslev lands a beautiful left hook that drops Davis. Davis tries to recover but Yaroslev is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Davis lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Aleksander Yaroslev! Aleksander Yaroslev decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
