Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Zhao Zhuo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rampe Rovio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zhuo comes to the cage accompanied by Kung Fu You. Rovio has chosen Boom City as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zhuo takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Zhuo avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Rovio throws a looping overhand right but Zhuo ducks down to avoid it.
Rovio dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Zhuo. That did some damage!

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Rovio is nestled in close to Zhuo, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Rovio is looking to advance position but Zhuo won't allow it.
Rovio looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Zhuo with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Rampe Rovio will probably get the nod.

Zhuo shoots in and drives through. Rovio sprawls well.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Zhao Zhuo. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Rovio slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Zhuo ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Rovio moves away.
Zhuo seems to have got his legs back now.

Zhuo has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Rovio is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Zhuo jumps guard but Rovio stands there with Zhuo around his waist. Zhuo gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Zhuo throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Rovio escapes and throws Zhuo's legs to the side, diving into side control!

You can see the frustration on Zhuo's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Rovio lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Zhuo down.

Rovio is trying to get an arm triangle but Zhuo is defending well.

Rovio is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Zhuo is trying to escape and Rovio transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Zhuo is forced to tap! Nice work there by Rovio! Very nice indeed!
