PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sigfredo Pineda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Phat Kock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Pineda might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to "Suffer" by Vision of Disorder. Phat Kock is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Phat Kock!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some wild striking there from Pineda.
Pineda lands with a kick to the temple. Kock shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Kock slips a jab and a cross from Pineda.
Kock misses with a two punch combination.
Pineda tries a head kick but it misses.

Pineda pushes Kock up against the cage in a clinch.
Kock is looking to break free of the clinch but Pineda has double underhooks.

Pineda manages to break the clinch.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Kock closes this distance looking for a takedown but Pineda circles away.
Kock tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Pineda counters with a nice leg kick.
Kock misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Pineda drops Kock with a right and a left! Pineda comes rushing in but Kock regains his composure and manages to keep Pineda in guard.

Kock is rocked!

Pineda stands up and waves to Kock to follow him.
Kock is still on wobbly legs! Can Pineda finish him?
Pineda lands with a big right hook that stumbles Kock - he's out on his feet here! Pineda follows up with another monster hook that separates Kock from consciousness! Kock falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Pineda stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Sigfredo Pineda!
