Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Chris Edwards and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Piper keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Piper stuffs the takedown attempt from Foster. Foster gets slowly back to his feet.
Piper instigates a clinch.
Piper breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Foster takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Piper changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Foster closes this distance looking for a takedown but Piper circles away.
Billy Piper has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jeff Foster.
Foster fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Piper avoids it really well and circles away.
Oooooh!!! Piper has knocked Foster down with a huge combo! Piper steps away and waves a wobbly Foster back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

It looks like Jeff Foster has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Piper gets a clinch.
Piper lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Foster is still on wobbly legs! Can Piper finish him?
Piper throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Fosters head.
Piper comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Piper escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Piper lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Foster falls backwards - clearly groggy! Piper dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:08 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Billy Piper!
