Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Maximiliano Dante (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ivan Nikolov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Maximiliano Dante had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 206.0lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dante cracks Nikolov with an open hand slap.
Dante feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Nikolov's calf.

Nikolov throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Dante tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Nikolov is in Dante's guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

Dante knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Nikolov on the ground.
