Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Zeus Heracles (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dan Duando (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Duando looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Heracles is fending him off so far but Duando persists. Nope, Heracles circles away and we're back to standing.

Zeus Heracles has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dan Duando.

Duando's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

Duando controls Heracles momentarily but Heracles frees himself.
Duando is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Duando is refusing to be controlled, as Heracles sits in half guard.
Heracles is taking a breather. Duando says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

Heracles seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Duando does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Zeus Heracles dominated that round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Zeus Heracles seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Heracles instigates a clinch.

Duando's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

Duando changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Heracles fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Duando walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Heracles connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Duando tumbling to the canvas! Heracles pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Duando was done - good stoppage!
