The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fett avoids a punch combination nicely.
Karlsson misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Fett swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Karlsson.
Karlsson throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Karlsson fails to land with a series of punches.
Fett could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Karlsson throws a right hand that Fett ducks under and follows up with a left that Fett also avoids with ease.
Karlsson will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Karlsson throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Fett.
Fett's jab looks to have found its range, popping Karlsson under the eye.
Karlsson misses with a double jab.
Fett ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Fett misses with a takedown attempt - Karlsson sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Fett shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Karlsson sprawls well. Karlsson wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Fett gets slowly back to his feet.
No joy there for Karlsson, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Karlsson tries to bum rush Fett with a series of wild strikes but Fett uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Fett throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Karlsson's waist but Karlsson gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Fett off to one side.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bob Fett. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Karlsson fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

and Fett counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Fett.
Karlsson looks winded!
Fett tries to free his leg and advance position but Karlsson is retaining full guard.
Karlsson is looking to stand up but Fett isn't so interested in that idea.
Fett slips nicely into half guard.
Fett frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Karlsson is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Fett locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Karlsson is forced to tap!

After winning the bout, Bob Fett thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
