Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bruce Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Charlie Luciano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lee comes to the cage accompanied by Dragonfly by Shaman's Harvest. Luciano has chosen The Mechanic as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, and Frank Antenori.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee misses the shot to the body.
Lee throws a jab when Luciano was well out of range.
A looping hook to the body misses from Luciano. Lee does a little dance to reset his feet.
Lee fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Luciano manages to avoid it.
Luciano misses with a hook. Lee ducked under it nicely.

Lee fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Luciano on the side of the head.

It looks like Charlie Luciano has been cut.
Luciano throws a low kick but Lee avoids it.
Luciano throws a good cross that connects.
Lee takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Lee tries to bum rush Luciano with a series of wild strikes but Luciano uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Luciano catches Lee with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Lee steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Luciano.
Luciano tries to land a front kick but Lee steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Luciano throws a head kick but Lee moves out of range.

Luciano will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Lee lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Luciano scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Lee doesn't seem bothered though.
Luciano misses with a wild body shot.
Lee tries a low kick but Luciano avoids it.

No joy there for Lee, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Luciano throws an overhand right that lands on Lee's shoulder, as Lee tries to avoid the shot.
Bruce Lee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lee ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Luciano moves away.
Lee lands with a slapping head kick.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Luciano is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Lee.
Lee misses with a low kick.
Lee fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Luciano has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Lee stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Luciano.
Luciano takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
A head kick misses from Luciano.
Luciano takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Luciano looks for the body kick but Lee saw that one coming.
Lee wants to clinch.
Lee slips a straight right by Luciano.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Luciano has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Lee.
Luciano takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Bruce Lee will probably get the nod.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Luciano lands a nice hook to Lee's body. Lee takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Lee lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Luciano has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Luciano and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Lee throws a front kick aimed at Luciano's knee but Luciano avoids it well.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Lee circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Luciano drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Lee follows Luciano to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!

After winning the bout, Bruce Lee thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
