Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Comanche Todd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Mink (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mink is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Macho Man. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 9 - 0, fighting out of New York, Comanche Todd! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 7 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mike Mink! The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, John Kavanagh and David Schapiro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Todd lands a jab to Mink's midsection. Mink takes a body punch but keeps moving. Todd on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Mink shoots in and bounces Todd off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Mink is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Todd is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Todd has escaped and now he's on top! Todd wants to get up but he can't break Mink's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mink looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Todd passes into side control.
Mink looks to move to half guard but instead Todd has passed into mount! Damn! Mink regains half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mink has guillotine here! It looks pretty tight! Could this be all over! No, Todd escapes and passes into side control at the same time. Nice work there by Todd! Todd wants to stand but Mink has his arm trapped. Mink tries to improve position but can't.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Todd has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. Mink stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
It looks like Comanche Todd has been cut. Todd throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Mink darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Todd is rocked! Mink on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Oh Todd is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Mink drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Mink tries to free his leg and advance position but Todd is retaining full guard. Mink tries to stand but Todd is controlling from the bottom. Mink drops back looking for a leg! Todd is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Todd manages to kick Mink off! Mink jumps back into Todd's guard. Todd seems to have got his legs back now. Mink drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Todd dives on top into guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Mink isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Todd stacks Mink on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Todd! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Mink is looking for a sweep. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mike Mink dominated that round. The cut man is working on Comanche Todd's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Nice straight punches there by Todd. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Todd. Mink takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Todd throws an overhand right that lands on Mink's shoulder, as Mink tries to avoid the shot. Mink misses with an uppercut. Todd takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Mink shoots in and gets a takedown into Todd's guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Mink pushing down on Todd's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Mink is trying to work for a kimura but Todd is defending well.
Mink passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Todd! This has been an exciting period of action! Todd is looking to improve his position but Mink isn't that keen on the idea. Mike Mink has got the better of the ground game so far.

Mike Mink showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Comanche Todd's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!
Todd dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Todd fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Mink looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Todd throws a shot from downtown. Mink moves away and avoids it. A momentary lapse in concentration from Todd enables Mink to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Todd manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Mink wants to stand and escape but instead Todd has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. Todd wants to stand but Mink is controlling his posture from full guard. Mink wants to sweep but no luck.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mink has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Todd can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Mink has a closed guard, preventing Todd from standing up.

Mink escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Todd gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Mink is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Todd rolls with it to try and escape but Mink cranks on the arm and Todd is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
