The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Alan Glass and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sotto misses with a two punch combination.
Some wild striking there from Sotto.
Sotto throws a right and a left that Vieira avoids nicely.
The fighters circling - Vieira throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Vieira lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.

and Vieira connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Vieira darts in and out, connecting with a jab.

Sotto is still on wobbly legs! Can Vieira finish him?
Sotto throws a right hand that Vieira ducks under and follows up with a left that Vieira also avoids with ease.
Sotto seems to have recovered his senses.

Vieira really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Sotto tries to bum rush Vieira with a series of wild strikes but Vieira uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Sotto throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Sotto on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.

Sotto throws a right and a left that Vieira avoids nicely.
Sotto swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Sotto misses with a double jab
and Vieira counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
No joy there for Sotto, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Sotto gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Vieira throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh Sotto colapses and takes a barrage of punches from Vieira as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and Sotto is left battered and dazed whilst Vieira and his camp cheer!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Braulio Vieira!
