And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 20 - 20 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Bryan Bishop!
The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Thiago Cunha and Edson Gomes.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pouncy shoots in for a takedown but Bishop shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Bishop gets the takedown into side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Pouncy can't do much from the bottom here.
Bishop connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Pouncy some visible discomfort.
Pouncy is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Bishop is one step ahead and moves to full mount!
Pouncy knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Bishop on the ground.

Bishop postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Pouncy looks a forlorn figure.
