The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Daniel Bishop and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Royer avoids the head kick by Robertson.
Robertson thows a leg kick but Royer checks it
and Royer counters with a nice body shot.
Royer closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Robertson misses with a head kick.
Robertson throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Robertson throws a jab when Royer was well out of range.
Royer throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Royer checks the leg kick nicely there.
Royer takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

Royer throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Robertson throws a looping overhand right but Royer ducks down to avoid it.
Royer connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Robertson momentarily.

Robertson stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Royer.

Nice uppercut lands for Royer. That snapped Robertson's head back.
Royer throws a hook but Robertson avoids it easily.

Robertson looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

Royer swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Robertson throws a head kick that Royer semi-blocks.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Royer wants to land a leg kick but Robertson is out of range.

Royer ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Robertson ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Royer moves away.

Robertson throws an off balance right hand
and Royer connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Royer does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Si Robertson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Royer lands a leg kick that knocks Robertson off balance momentarily.
Robertson throws a push kick but Royer slaps the foot to one side.
Robertson ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Royer moves away.
A looping hook to the body misses from Robertson. Royer does a little dance to reset his feet.
Royer lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
It looks like Si Robertson has been cut.
Royer avoids the head kick by Robertson.
Royer connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

Royer pushes Robertson away with a front kick.
Robertson is breathing heavily.
Royer lands a big uppercut and Robertson crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Robertson looks OK. Royer waves Robertson back to his feet!
Oh Robertson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Royer fakes the leg kick and throws a superman punch. It's knocked Robertson out cold! Brutal finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Superman Punch). Dakota Royer!
Dakota Royer opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.
