The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jay shoots for a double leg takedown but yeo sprawls well. He's pushed Jay's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Jay lands with a right hand.

yeo gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!
yeo looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
uli yeo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jay is looking to clinch.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from yeo. Jay shrugs it off though.
