Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sailo Damtea (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lu Kuan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Damtea's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Ne Compare Pas (GSP Entrance Song). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Lu Kuan!
The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Eliza Hachem and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Damtea blocks a head kick by Kuan.
Kuan fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Damtea looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Kuan throws a sloppy head kick and Damtea moves out of range easily.
Damtea tries to clinch there but Kuan circles away.
Damtea avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Damtea pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Damtea circles away from the clinch attempt.
Kuan misses the shot to the body.
Damtea rushes Kuan and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Damtea jumps guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Damtea pushes a forearm under Kuan's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Kuan is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
