The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Reigns gets tackled into the cage by Hunter. Hunter maintains the clinch.
Hunter tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Hunter jumps guard but Reigns turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Hunter is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Reigns to keep the fight standing.
Reigns is trying to push Hunter away but Hunter has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.

Reigns ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Reigns no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Hunter controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Reigns is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.

Hunter is posturing up here but Reigns has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Hunter tries to roll out but it's too tight and Hunter has to tap! Slick submission there by Reigns!
