Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Blake Elliet Junior Shnitkey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wade Winston Wilson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

15 - 18 - 0, fighting out of New York, Wade Winston Wilson! The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Jonathan Paton and Columbo Gatti.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wilson misses with a takedown and Junior Shnitkey counters with a shoot takedown. Wilson fights it but they end up in guard. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Junior Shnitkey looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Wilson working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Junior Shnitkey .
That's one minute gone in the round. Wilson lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Junior Shnitkey ! Junior Shnitkey tries to lock up and control but Wilson gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Junior Shnitkey scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Wilson doesn't seem bothered though. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Wilson throws a head kick but Junior Shnitkey moves out of range.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Junior Shnitkey uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Wilson has time to react. Wilson closes the distance looking to clinch and Junior Shnitkey counters with a nice body shot. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Junior Shnitkey landing with the ground and pound.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Wilson moves away from the strike by Junior Shnitkey . Wilson is looking to take this fight into the clinch. The fight stays on the outside here - Wilson looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Wilson tries to clinch up and Junior Shnitkey counters with a lovely straight right hand! Wilson darts in trying to clinch and Wilson takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

and Wilson makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Wilson.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Wilson steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Junior Shnitkey . Good leg kick by Wilson there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Junior Shnitkey scores with a decent looking hook. Wade Winston Wilson seems to be getting the better of the standup. Wilson thuds his shin into the meat of Junior Shnitkey 's side. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Wilson bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Wilson wants to clinch up but Junior Shnitkey keeps it at a distance. and Wilson counters with a flying knee. Nice. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Wilson lands a head kick!

That was a close second round but I would say that Blake Elliet Junior Shnitkey will probably get the nod. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Blake Elliet Junior Shnitkey . Well I reckon that's a shut out for Junior Shnitkey , winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent.
